Based in Portland, Oregon, Kerrin B. is a professional makeup artist and licensed esthetician with a lifelong passion for creativity, healthy skin, and helping people feel confident in their own skin.
Her journey in makeup began in 1998, while visiting friends in Provincetown, Massachusetts, where she began assisting with makeup and getting performers ready for drag shows. What started as a creative adventure grew into a career spanning nearly three decades and a wide range of beauty, fashion, entertainment, and production environments.
Along the way, Kerrin developed a unique combination of artistic and healthcare experience. She has worked in dermatology as a medical assistant, in plastic surgery, and in medical spas, giving her a deeper understanding of skin health and facial aesthetics that informs the way she approaches makeup and skincare today.
In 2005, Kerrin attended cosmetology school and earned her Esthetician license, expanding her work beyond makeup into professional skincare. Today, she divides her time between her Portland studio, where she helps clients achieve healthier, more radiant skin, and working on set as a freelance makeup artist.
Whether creating an avant-garde editorial look, natural beauty, polished soft glam, or camera-ready makeup, Kerrin combines her artistic vision, attention to detail, and personable nature to create looks tailored to each client's individual style and needs. Her work includes television, print, headshots, film, fashion, speaking engagements, weddings, and special events.
Kerrin believes that beauty is not about fitting into one particular standard. It's about helping people feel like the most confident version of themselves. She welcomes and celebrates clients of all cultures, religions, races, gender identities, ages, and abilities, and strives to create an environment where everyone feels comfortable, respected, and genuinely listened to.

Has worked part-time as a skills trainer supporting adults with developmental disabilities.
Is a proud mom to a teenager, a small dog, and cat.
